John Nettleton

In 2021, John retired as the Chief of Police of the Pennsauken Police Department in Camden County, NJ. 

During his 25 years of service in law enforcement, John experienced many of the financial pitfalls faced by first responders today. 

John understands the unique challenges faced by first responders, such as navigating complicated pension and retirement decisions, the risk of getting injured on the job, and the need to protect your family. 

In his position as Chief, and in conjunction with Haddon Financial Solutions, John started a financial education program for new officers. John had too many conversations with officers who said, “I wish someone helped me get started saving earlier in my career”. 

In retirement, John had a strong desire to help protect those who protect us.
