Peter Colicchia

Peter joined Haddon Financial Solutions in 2025. He brings over a decade of experience in the asset management industry, where he helped financial advisors and their clients make informed, confident decisions about their investments.

His career spans roles at Allianz, Baron Capital, and most recently, the upstart Strive Asset Management, where he advised on market trends, portfolio construction, asset allocation, and fiduciary best practices as Northeast Regional Director. He holds the Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 securities registrations.

A graduate of Muhlenberg College, where he tutored economics, Peter's path began in the hard sciences with plans for medical school, inspired by the principle: first, do no harm. When the Financial Crisis of 2008 sparked a deep curiosity about markets, economic theory, and the forces shaping our world, he shifted his focus to finance, carrying that same ethic of care and responsibility into his work.

Known for his ability to simplify complex ideas, Peter is as passionate about teaching and learning as he is about investing. Most of all, he is driven by a desire to help people. Away from the office, he enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with the people who matter most to him.
